Post IRMA, Ashutosh has been through six different organizations straddling a journey which moved from sales to channel management, product development to Corporate Affairs and Public Policy. He has built expertise in Education, ICT for Development, CSR as well as Entrepreneurship development and Innovation. He is a speaker at various national and International fora on issues related to education, skills, trade policy, corporate affairs, government relations and public policy. Moving from NDDB to NIIT which embarked me on a career where he built up a string functional understanding of education and moving from Shell to Intel which started him on the journey of Public Policy as well as Corporate Affairs.
Ashutosh has won multiple awards throughout his career. The fact that today people who worked with him are successful entrepreneurs, managers and individuals and still turn to him for advice is recognition enough.
Ashutosh has been through various EDP and training programs post IRMA right from Sales Training to Management Development and coaching. He is a Certified NS- NLP (Neuro-Semantics and Neuro- Linguistic Programming Leadership) and Corporate Coach as awarded by Marcus Evans in November 2007. He has also attended the Darden Executive Center Leadership Training program at the University of Virginia in May 2010.
He believes that IRMA was a key game changer for him as it provided me the basic grounding of looking at problems holistically as well as an appreciation of focusing on the benefit of the underserved and citizen in general as the ultimate goal for business.
Winston Churchill inspires Ashutosh -- never to be cowed down by defeat and to ever improve. Hard work, perseverance, team work and most of all being humble and kind are most important in one’s journey. IRMA taught him that success is what you want it to be.
