Desired Profile
Age Preference: 40 yrs to 45 yrs
Qualifications: Rural Management Post Graduates with atleast 15 years experience in development sector in senior management / leadership positions. Candidates are expected to have an interest and perspective on issues of rural development and CSR approaches.
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and Hindi is a must.Preference will be given to candidates with added proficiency in Gujarati.
Skills Required: Coordination, Programme formulation, Development and Management, Written and oral Communication, and Monitoring skills.
Remuneration in the scale of Rs.8-12 lakhs p.a.
