Micro Finance opportunity at Michael & Susan Dell Foundation

The position offers a great opportunity to join an entrepreneurial,
results-oriented team of folks in a growing organization. As you know, our
core focus over the last two years has been on providing risk capital to
start-up MFIs in India targeting the urban poor. We're now launching a
second major initiative looking at ways to use microfinance to help the poor
access basic services such as water, sanitation and housing. It's an
exciting time at the foundation with growing opportunities on the horizon.

Seven to ten years of banking, consulting or top tier corporate experience
would be ideal, though we're also open to strong candidates from a more
traditional microfinance background. Essentially we're looking for someone
with top notch analytics, a discerning sense of judgement, senior management
experience and a passion for microfinance. The position would be based in
Delhi. We're searching globally, but do require that candidates have India
experience.
